Scary, scary, scary, I'm going to try for a job. I haven't been in the work force for quite sometime, and I'm hopeful that I get the job. This is just something I have to do to help pay for my son's mission and have a little extra cash for living at our new home. I'm hoping that I can also get my son to apply for a job at the same place. He needs a confidence building experience as he's preparing for his mission.
What I really want to do job wise is publish an adult coloring book. I have all of my images complete, just need to scan them in and do clean-up in the computer. Still have some research to do on publishing and printing costs. here's a little taste of the Halloween image.

Thinking about adding a new page to my blog showcasing my cards and gift bags that I've designed. Been dealing with a lot in our personal lives the past few months. Definitely continuing with prayers, for help from our father in heaven and hands unseen. Not much else to say, other than I hope everyone else is having a beautiful day.

The Wishing Well
Deep beneath the
wishing well,
Lies a world where
fairies dwell.
Fairy fish glide
idly by,
‘Voiding hooks cast
in their sky.
Fairy dragons lie
in wait,
Tempting all “Defy
your fate!
Wish a wish! Yes,
set us free!
What a gift your
life shall be. ”
They chain the helpless
victims by
Dancing gold beneath
their eyes,
Until yon hero
comes and claims
The hapless victims
from their pains.
The fairy crown waits
for his head.
The queen, she
waits upon his bed.
But loves true
light will set him free
To live his life
courageously.
He’ll turn his back
on power and greed.
Trusting love is
all he’ll need,
He’ll wish for only
that which is,
A life with love
that will be his.

Three lovely easter cards I created using colored pencil and ink I've had a few people tell me I should try selling these online so maybe I will post them on etsy or pinterest? Still trying to work out how that might work as I'm not really a "pinner" and my husband is the one with the etsy shop for his photos. But I like them. They make me think of spring. On the sad side my dad had me create a sympathy card today. I noticed that some of my friends from childhood had their grandmother pass away. I hope they enjoy the little bit of spring on the card, although it was lilies that were the flowers. I hope they will feel a little bit of peace and the love that not only we feel for them but also the love of our heavenly father and that they will find comfort in that as well.
